- 14-01-5:Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed a small plastic bowl in a container of granola. The cook removed it. **Corrected On-Site**
- 40-06-5:Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed a laptop on a cutting board. As per the manager that preparation cooler is not in use.

Observed the triple sink set up from right to left soap and sanitizer, middle soap and sanitizer and left empty.
