  • 12B-02-4:Basic - Employee eating in a food preparation or other restricted area. Observed an employee eating an apple through a food prep area.
  • 09-01-4:High Priority - Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed employee not wearing gloves scooping fries as some of the fries were falling on the employees hand, operator stopped and addressed the employee. Employee washed hands and put gloves on. **Corrective Action Taken**

  • 16-46-4:Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed one plastic container in clean dish storage with partial label still on outside. Manager removed to dishwash. Corrected On-Site
  • 25-05-4:Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed cups at drive through not protected from above contamination. Caps missing from cup dispenser. Manager placed plastic wrap over opening. Corrected On-Site
  • 29-42-4:High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Mop sink has a4way splitter and not two outlets are covered with vacuum breaker.
