Observed speaker on cutting board, backpack on top of glasses and personal drink on prep table. Manager removed all items and had employees clean and sanitize the area. Corrected On-Site

- 35B-01-4:Basic - Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. By pizza station, and at entrance near cook line.
- 22-41-4:High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Tested at 0ppm. Dip stick was not in product. Fixed and primed, retested at 50ppm. Corrected On-Site
