Observed serving utensils stored with handles down next to reach in coolers at cold station.   • 14-09-4:Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed in kitchen grooves in cutting boards.
  • 14-11-5:Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed in kitchen on stand up reach in coolers next to cold station, torn gasket.
  • 36-01-4:Basic - Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed. Observed debris on floor in dry storage area down stairs.

  • 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed raw hamburger patties temperature at 47F in low boy on line. Patties were just cut in to portion size. Observed operator placing into walk in to drop temperature more. All other items in this low boy temperature were at 42F or below.
