Inspector asked operator to remove live cat from the establishment. Observed the operator remove the cat inside the cage. Observed cat carrying case by the mop sink outside, exit door was left open, cat walked inside the kitchen and operator removed cat again. Advised the operator the cat can not be on the premises, if the cat is observed in future inspection, it will result in an an immediate AC. Warning
