Establishment re opened in June 2025. During routine inspection observed New flooring and equipment was installed at from counter. Office was removed. Seating was changed from 26 to inside 31 and outside 28 a total of 59. Dish machine was relocated and 2 hand sinks were installed prior to submitting and being a proved thru Plan review. Warning - From follow-up inspection 2025-10-15: Observed no new establishment plans submitted for remodel. Dish machine was added, 3 compartment sink relocated, a wall added , hand sinks moved, office removed and seating increased. Inspector spoke with Mr Harris in Plan review he stated no new plan has been submitted. **Time Extended**
