- 21-38-4:Basic - Wiping cloth sanitizing solution stored on the floor. Observed sanitizing solution in the bucket stored on the floor at the bar. Employee moved it immediately. Corrected On-Site

- 51-15-4:Basic - Establishment increased seating without providing written approval from the local fire authority and wastewater provider. Observed license was approved for 35 seats, establishment submitted projected amount of 251 seats which is subject to local authority having jurisdiction approval. TCO only, but not CU approved at the time of the inspection.
- 02B-01-5:Intermediate - Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. Observed establishment is offering raw items without identified them on the menu. Person in charge started printing new menus while I was conducting the inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**
