- 22-20-5:Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine. Interior blue lining soiled with a black build up. **Repeat Violation**
- 25-02-4:Basic - Unwrapped single-service utensils not presented so that only the handles are touched. Plastic forks and spoons near the drink bar area. The items was inverted to present the handle first. The utensils was washed, rinsed and sanitized. **Corrected On-Site**
- 36-27-5:Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Wall behind the ice machine is soiled with a heavy build up of dust. Ceiling near the walk in cooler.
