- 22-20-5:Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed at kitchen area. Employee clean interior during inspection. Corrected On-Site
- 24-05-4:Basic - Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed ice bucket not inverted , Manager stored properly during inspection. Corrected On-Site
- 16-13-5:Basic - Equipment and utensils not washed, rinsed and sanitized in the correct order in three-compartment sink. Do not use dishes/equipment not properly sanitized. As per operator the third compartment has a leaking pipe and compartment is being using to rinse process.
- 23-03-4:Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed soiled gaskets in unit in front flat grill in kitchen area.
- 29-08-4:Basic - Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed one of the 3 compartment sink not being used, as per Manager is leaking and is only used for rinse procedure. As per Manager a work order placed for Friday.
- 29-11-4:Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed leaking pipe from hand wash sink located next to office entrance.
- 42-01-4:Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Manager stored properly during inspection. Corrected On-Site
