  • 16-13-5:Basic - Equipment and utensils not washed, rinsed and sanitized in the correct order in three-compartment sink. Do not use dishes/equipment not properly sanitized. Triple sink set up with sanitizer in middle sink while employee washed dishes. Discussed with employee and operator on proper way to set sinks up.Employee emptied triple sinks out to reset back up.
