Per operator, employees were in and out of walk in cooler while putting away delivery items; foods out of temperature for approximately 3 hours. Operator moved foods to walk in freezer to quick chill. **Corrective Action Taken** Repeat Violation Admin Complaint - From follow-up inspection 2023-08-28: Observed Fajita meat 47°F cold holding, taco meat 46°F cold holding, cooked white rice 49°F cold holding.
