- 32-07-4:Basic - Bathroom facility not clean. Observed guest during inspection have an accident on the floor and wall of the ladies room.
- 36-32-5:Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Observed several small holes in the ceiling tile above the ice machine.
- 14-11-5:Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed walk in cooler door handle is broken. **Repeat Violation**
- 36-73-4:Basic - Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed floor around perimeter of kitchen ,and under all equipment soiled with food debris / grease. **Repeat Violation**
