- 14-09-4:Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Flip top cooler cutting board.
- 13-03-4:Basic - Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation.
- 51-15-4:Basic - Establishment increased seating without providing written approval from the local fire authority and wastewater provider. 13 seats in small courtyard are fenced in with the establishment. Seating change form emailed to operator.

From ad hoc inspection conducted on 2/6/25: Ice well in the prep table next the exit door. There are 2 ice cream machines where the prep fridge is located and there is a small fridge in between the 2. Multiple table top appliances such as hot dog warmers in establishment and are not on the plans. Mop sink is in the incorrect location. New owner has sent in plans for the establishment on 4/8/25. They have not yet been approved. There is a freezer inside of a closet located outside.
