Inspection Details:

  • 24-05-4:Basic - Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed service plates at prep table area not inverted.
  • 10-20-4:Basic - In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Observed at mini oven handle.
  • 33-34-4:Basic - Mop area not maintained clean and organized. Observed mop sink blocked by reach in freezer, storage shelf used for chemicals and miscellaneous items, unable to access. **Repeat Violation**
  • 03G-31-5:High Priority - Establishment is packaging soft cheese using a reduced oxygen packaging method and holding it for more than 48 hours. Observed packages of Brie in walk in cooler date marked to use by 10/27/24. Establishment stated they will not go more than 48 hours and continue to monitor date and time.
  • 01C-02-4:Intermediate - Establishment not maintaining clam/mussel/oyster tags for 90 days. Observed establishment receives fresh clams, no tags kept after use.
  • 03G-50-1:Intermediate - Operator is doing a special process, conducting reduced oxygen packaging, cooking time/temperature control for safety food to a time and temperature combination lesser than those in the Food Code or operating a molluscan shellfish tank for human consumption without a HACCP plan approved by the Division of Hotels and Restaurants. Observed establishment using reduced oxygen packaging for frozen fish and octopus done on site with out an approved plan. Establishment states they will no longer use reduced oxygen packaging of seafood items on site.
