- 12B-02-4:Basic - Employee eating in a food preparation or other restricted area. Observed server eating at the server station, next to the soda machine, condiments, and clean dishes.
- 40-06-5:Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed keys, speaker and personal bottled water on a shelf above the prep table next to food.
