- 25-17-4:Basic - Single-service articles stored on a soiled surface. -sleeves of to go lids under dining room soda machine. Shelf soiled, other paper trash present.
- 12A-05-4:High Priority - Employee used tobacco, ate, or drank then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. -employee chewing, removed gloves and prepared to go beverage without washing hands. Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. -recommend more thorough hand washing between tasks.
