  • 08B-47-4:Basic - Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. Observed several cases of drinks being stored on the floor in the dry storage area. Discussed proper storage with operator.
  • 22-08-4:Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed the interior of the microwave being soiled with food debris.
  • 35A-02-6:High Priority - Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed 1 live flying insects in the front waiting area. Employee was able to remove, clean and sanitize the area.
  • 03B-01-6:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cooked rice hot holding at 119F.
