- 08B-38-4:Basic - Food stored on floor. Observed a box of plantains being stored on the floor under the prep table on the cook line. Manager placed box six inches off of the floor. **Corrected On-Site** **Repeat Violation**
- 38-10-4:Basic - Twenty (20) foot-candles of light at least 30 inches from floor not provided in bathroom and dining area. Observed a dark hallway in front of the doors to the restroom. Observed to lights being out in the dining area. Manager stated he is in the process of replacing the lightbulbs.
- 31A-09-4:Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed the hand washing sink in the front area being blocked by a box of disposable silverware. Observed the handwashing sink being blocked by a trash can. Manager had an employee remove all items. **Corrected On-Site**
- 31B-02-4:Intermediate - No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at the handwashing sink in the restroom. Observed no soap at the handwashing sink near the three compartment sink. Manager had an employee replace items. **Corrected On-Site**
