  • 24-08-4:Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed wet stalked containers on the dish drying rack. Manager informed employee of the proper drying procedures. Employee unstacked containers and allowed containers to begin to air dry properly. **Corrected On-Site**
