  • 10-07-4:Basic - In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed utensil stored in standing water 82F at cook line. Per employee used for hushpuppies. Manager removed utensil from water during inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
