- 06-01-5:Basic - Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed bag of frozen cut spinach thawing in bucket at prep sink with no running water. Manager moved spinach to walk in cooler during inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed pasta salad 50F and sliced chicken 52F in reach in cooler at front line. Per manager pasta salad stored in cooler less than 2.5 hours prior and sliced chicken stored in cooler previous day. Manager moved pasta salad to walk in cooler and discard sliced chicken. See stop sale for chicken. **Corrective Action Taken**
