Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. 0 ppm chlorine , Technician from Ecolab was called to repair dishwasher. Triple sink will be used to clean the dishes until repairs are made to dishwasher.
