Boneless wings (45F - Cold Holding) In reach in cooler across from the pizza oven. All other items in that unit were "in-temp," so operator moved boneless wings to walk in cooler to cool uncovered. Retemped at 41F. Corrected On-Site
  • 31A-09-4:Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. -hand wash sink next to 3 compartment sink blocked by shelving and trash can Operator moved to unblock sink. Corrected On-Site
