Observed containers of alfredo sauce, buffalo sauce, and ranch stored in walk-in cooler with lid with an opening for a dispensing tool with water accumulated in the lid from a leak in the walk-in cooler coming out of the camera. Observed containers of alfredo sauce, buffalo sauce, and ranch stored in walk-in cooler with lid with an opening for a dispensing tool with water accumulated in the lid from a leak in the walk-in cooler coming out of the camera. Operator discarded product and placed container until leak is repaired. As a repeat violation the importance of following proper protocol with this violation was reinforced with the operator. Repeat Violation
