Warning - From follow-up inspection 2026-02-12: MFDV operating on site was disconnected and has new support location for dumping waste water. Manager removed extra seating until repairs are completed and had seating change evaluation form completed. 30 seats present. Left side of septic in failure with evidence of previous blowout by dirt being sunken in drain field. No active leaking or blowout activity observed. **Time Extended**
