- 50-09-4:Basic - Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. Operator was not able to provide me with an up to date license.
- 33-12-4:Basic - Dumpster rusted out on bottom. Observed the dumpster rusted out all along the back. **Repeat Violation**

Observed an employee drink stored over the chicken prep station and observed multiple drinks stored over boxes of soda in the back storage area.
