Observed on the self service area: Butter (46F - Cold Holding); Cream cheese (46F - Cold Holding) Operator attend they had been out for approximately 2hrs. Operator stated they routinely dispose of the food after breakfast is over so we discussed using Time as a Public Health Control and emailed the paperwork to the operator.
