- 25-06-4:Basic - Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed multiple single service articles stored improperly in the kitchen.
- 41-07-4:High Priority - Container of medicine improperly stored. Observed a first aid kit and hand sanitizer stored above the food prep table in the kitchen.
- 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed on the self service area: Butter (46F - Cold Holding); Cream cheese (46F - Cold Holding) Operator attend they had been out for approximately 2hrs. Operator stated they routinely dispose of the food after breakfast is over so we discussed using Time as a Public Health Control and emailed the paperwork to the operator.
- 12A-03-4:Intermediate - Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Observed an employee wash their hands in their 2 compartment sink. Discussed with the employee on only using the hand washing sink.
- 02B-02-5:Intermediate - Raw/undercooked animal food offered and establishment has no written consumer advisory. Raw animal foods must be fully cooked prior to service. Operators added a commercial processed cold smoked salmon to their menu and did not have a consumer advisory. Operator printed out and posted one. **Corrected On-Site**
