  • 22-41-4:High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed dish machine with 0ppm chlorine reading. Operator set up triple sink with 100ppm reading during inspection. During inspection, operator received chlorine sanitizer for Dish machine - 50ppm.
