  • 31A-11-4:Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed hand washing sink in kitchen being used for other things besides hand washing. Steel wool in sink. In server area hand washing sink shows signs of it being used as a dump sink. Tea/coffee stains.
