  • 22-20-5:Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed inside ice machine build up and black mold like substances at on shield.
  • 23-24-4:Basic - Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles.Observed on back side of handle of oven by handwashing sink, with food debris on it. Observed oven handle being cleaned. **Corrected On-Site**
  • 14-09-4:Basic - Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. Observed red cutting board above microwave with groove marks through out cutting board.
  • 14-11-5:Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed on tall stand up reach in coolers throughout kitchen, gaskets peeling off rubber and sticking to door frame in pieces.
