  • 08B-17-4:Basic - Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Cut avocado stored in same pan with unwashed avocados with stickers still attached in top of refrigerated make-table at cookline.
  • 36-30-4:Basic - Wall not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, warewashing areas or bathroom. Portion of wall constructed from unsealed wood in kitchen near cookline.
  • 12A-28-4:High Priority - Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee at cookline touched his hat with gloved hands, then flipped tortillas on the grill with the same gloved hand.
