Establishment had plumbing company out to repair block in stain system. Plumbing repair company finishing job at time of arrival. Per operator blockage fixed and wastewater on the ground actively being removed during inspection. Observed floor drains and verified no new backup from the drain system. At conclusion of inspection operator had floor of kitchen mopped and clean of sewage wastewater. **Corrective Action Taken** Warning
