  • 36-34-5:Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Upon inspection, observed multiple ceiling tiles behind front counter area and in lobby to be soiled with dust. Repeat Violation
  • 36-24-5:Basic - Damage to wall. Upon inspection, observed multiple areas with damage/rips in wallpaper inside the public areas to include main lobby and hallway areas of the establishment.
  • 36-17-5:Basic - Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Upon inspection, observed multiple floor tiles cracked/in disrepair in lobby and hallway areas at establishment.
  • 36-27-5:Basic - Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Upon inspection, observed multiple walls to be soiled with unknown substances at establishment, to include public areas such as lobby and hallways.
