Manager stated approximately 2 hours. Manager confirmed that they add seasonings to the sauce. Manager had employee move pizza sauce to reach in cooler for cooling during inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**
  • 53B-14-5:Intermediate - Required employee training expired for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Upon inspection, only one employee engaged in food preparation was able to provide proof of training.
