Observed toilet not flushing in the Ladies restroom, not operating properly at time of complaint inspection General Manager notify Regional Manager at time of inspection, maintenance notify on Sunday per General Manager, complaint inspection on Tuesday 9/1/2025. Recommend to place sign out of order on Ladies restroom. **Corrective Action Taken**
