Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. Checked dishmachine not sanitizing properly at time of inspection final rinse must reach 160°f, recommend to use another dishmachine until repaired also can use 3 compartment sink wash,rinse and sanitize.
