- 35A-02-7:High Priority - Live, small flying insects found Observed three flying insects in the hand wash sink located in the bakery prep kitchen. Spoke to Supervisor on duty next unannounced inspection.
- 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed butter cream 77°f stored at room temperature, per employee prepared today at 8am checked @10am less than 4 hours. Recommend to use time as public health control, or quick chill product. Milk 54°f stored inside reach in cooler (front bar area)
