- 36-34-5:Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Several ceiling tiles have water damage in hallway. Also ceiling tiles, vents, and light shields around kitchen and front counter have a build up of dust.
