Employee wearing gloves on prep line we preparing a sandwich, left the prep area went into the walk-in-cooler, pulled food out and returned to prep area then left again and while returning to prep area adjustment microphone on head set then returned to prep area and finished preparing sandwich,without removing gloves, washing hands and putting on clean gloves
