Discussed with employee when to wash their hands after handling raw meat.

Observed employee prepping food, receive two phone calls on their cell phone, removed their glove, stepped outside to talk then returned to work station and placed original glove back on without washing hands and changing their gloves and resumed prepping food. Discussed with person in charge of kitchen
