Inspection Details:

  • 36-32-5:Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Observed ceiling leaking and dripping water in dry storage at air vent flowing down a Togo case of Togo containers. Also leaking by hand sink, across from 3 compartment sink, and by fryers.
  • 36-34-5:Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed in dining room 39 ceiling tiles with either dirt, dust, black mold like substance or water stains on them. Or all of the above per tile.
  • 14-11-5:Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed in reach in cooler at sandwich make table, torn gasket.
  • 22-08-4:Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed inside of microwaves on fan guards, food debris build up.
  • 38-01-4:Basic - Light shield damaged/in disrepair and or light fixtures damaged. Observed 2 light fixtures in dining room damaged. 1 not flush against the ceiling tile, causing a gap, and one hanging with wire exposed.

Observed back door wide Business is open, operating, and selling to the public. With a construction cone holding it open. No construction on door going on. Opened for minimum of 30 minutes, that was observed.

  • 25-21-4:Basic - Single-service articles stored under leaking water lines/ Ceiling/Roof leaks. Observed to go liners (wax papers) on dry storage shelf, opened and becoming damaged due to roof leak. Observed operator remove case and disposed of it. **Corrected On-Site**
