Observed commercially packaged ROP tuna already thawed inside sealed bag. Owner discarded the package immediately.
- 21-38-4:Basic - Wiping cloth sanitizing solution stored on the floor. Observed bucket with sanitizing solution on the floor underneath the front counter. **Repeat Violation**
