- 06-09-1:Basic - Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Three packages of yellowfin tuna thawing inside reduced oxygen packaging. The packaging does state that the tuna must be removed from packaging prior to thawing. The tuna is still partially frozen. Inspector had employee open packaging to continue thawing the tuna during this inspection. **Corrected On-Site**
