Educated Operator that keeping these items in good repair is necessary for efficient operation of the unit and to keep these items in surfaces sanitary, smooth and easily cleanable.
  • 10-01-5:Basic - In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Bin containing corn meal had a large scoop stored inside with the handle touching the product. Operator moved scoop to the handle facing up and out of the product. Corrected On-Site
