- 21-08-4:Basic - Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Sanitizer bucket near drive-thru window tested 0ppm. Although employee had just refreshed the solution, there were several towels in the bucket and only about 1" of sanitizer. Explained requirement for towels to be completely submerged. Also explained how a large bacterial load on the towels will diminish the ppm rapidly. Employee refilled the bucket. Corrected On-Site
