Employee walked into the building , washed their hands, then tapped their thighs several times then grabbed a prepared order and took it to a customer's table.

- 03A-02-5:High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in reach in cooler on cookline line wings and shrimp both at 47F. Manager advised that both items had been taken out of the walk-in-cooler 2 hours earlier. Manager moved both items to walk-in-cooler. **Corrective Action Taken**
- 41-10-4:High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed bottle of hydrogen peroxide and starting fluid stored above reach in freezer in back storage shed.
- 29-42-4:High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed "Y" connector at mop sink with missing vacuum breaker on the non-chemical side of the "Y" connector.
