Observed employee handling raw chicken on the grill then he cleaned his hands with a clean paper towel roll without changing gloves. The employee also touched a clean aluminum container where he was putting cooked chicken breast. Discussed and coached employee proper methods. Employee changed gloves and washed hands. **Corrective Action Taken**
