  • 14-11-5:Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Observed reach in cooler gasket in disrepair, cooler located at cook line next to the three compartment sink.
  • 22-08-4:Basic - Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed interior of the microwave soiled.
  • 16-46-4:Basic - Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed old labels on clean containers stored on drying shelf above the three compartment sink.
  • 08A-05-6:High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In the three door standing cooler located next to the pizza oven observed raw eggs stored over cooked pork. Coached operator on raw food storage as specified by the food code, also sent operator Raw Food storage handout. **Corrected On-Site**

Observed in the standing freezer located at cook line raw chicken stored over cooked bolognese sauce.

Observed cooked meat balls marked more than 10 days, as per operator food was not going to be served to the public it was just for training purposes .
