- 14-01-5:Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed a plastic container without handle inside of the chicken broth at walk-in cooler. Plastic container was removed. **Corrected On-Site**
- 51-11-4:Basic - Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed one carbon dioxide tank not secured at storage room.
- 24-05-4:Basic - Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed pans and pots not stored inverted at shelves cook line.
- 21-05-5:Basic - Cloth used as a food-contact surface. Observed towels in contact with cut pepper at walk in cooler.
