Observed glass Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm) at bar area. Coach manager to use three compartment sink until dish machine functioning properly.
  • 14-55-4:Basic - Uncleanable knife block in use to store knives. Observed upstairs at kitchen above reach in cooler preparation area.
